Conditions - Deposit and contract signed more than one month in
advance, balance at the beginning of the event
- Parking and supper supplied
(cheese plates and salades)
Price - $525 + txs.
Large Event
Location - "Hôtel XYZ" (Saint-Sauveur; 2X 70km = 140 km)
Date - Friday, August 16th
Size - 500 people (Professional association Gala)
Duration - 5:30 - 9PM (3h30, reception ,supper)
Conditions - Deposit and contract signed 10 days before the event,
balance at the beginning of the event
- Parking and supper supplied
(cheese plates and salades)
Price - $795 + txs.
Concert
Location - St-XYZ Community Hall (2X50km = 100km)
Date - Sunday, August 4th
Size - Capacity 300 people
Duration - Starting 3PM: concert with commentary,
duration 100 minutes, including intermission
Conditions - Deposit and contract signed more than one month in
advance, balance at the beginning of the event
- Parking supplied
- Access to the stage with technician at 2PM
- 2 "green rooms" for the musicians
Price - $710 + txs.
"Regular" engagement
Location - ABC Restaurant (Richelieu Valley; 2X35km = 70km)
Date - 5 Wednesday evenings October-November
("Musical Wednesdays")
Size - Capacity 75 people
Duration - 6:30 - 10PM (3h30)
Conditions - Deposit and contract signed 4 weeks before the first date
balance at the beginning of the last date
- Parking and supper supplied
(cheese plates and salades)
Price - 5X$395 = $1875 + txs.
